I hope the cookie ice creams have more crunchy pieces. The blueberry ice cream was way too sweet to me. It would be great if there would be no sugar added option in the future.

Great flavor selection, excellent quality ice cream, the waffle cone was okay (I prefer the fresh made buttery flavor of Salt&Straws cones), and service was quite friendly! I got the “single” scoop, which is actually 3 but I’m not complainin’ haha, blueberry cobbler on a dipped waffle cone. Granted it was a bit pricey at 8.34 after tip but quite good and worth it for a one off treat here and there! Definitely recommend Handel’s :)

Definitely my favorite ice cream shop in Eugene. Unique and delicious flavors always keep me coming back to try something new! so many options for shakes, malts and other delicious treats too!

The coconut cream pie ice cream is pretty good. But the service was very bad. There were 3 people in front of me in line and I was there for easily 20+ minutes. Workers were incredibly slow and unpleasant. Ice cream was good, but not good enough for the high price point and poor service.
