PA who saw me was condescending and not listening to what I was telling her about my symptoms. She kept interrupting me with questions that clearly indicated she was not listening. She was confusing herself, not getting days right. I was very clear about my symptoms and timeline. Their thermometers were either not charged or not calibrated. They couldn't decide if I had a fever or not. They couldn't decide if I was having an allergic reaction or not. I would have just walked out if I wasn't feeling as bad as I did.

BEWARE!!! I'm not sure if GoHealth billing is just incompetent or outright scamming people. They will claim to accept your insurance, but then you'll get a surprise bill in the mail months later--or worse--an automatic charge to your credit card without any notification! If you're feeling lucky and desperate enough to use your insurance at GoHealth, make sure they don't have an active credit card on file. Then, have your insurance call GoHealth's billing department to correct their inevitable billing mistakes.

I cut my hand and needed a few stitches ... They let me know there would be a bit of a wait. ( I didn't check in online) The wait was a little less than 2 hrs. The staff were kind, professional and thanked me for being patient .

Please go somewhere else. Lee Anne is extremely rude and racist. She asked me a question while putting a blood pressure monitor on my arm, and in the middle of answering her questions she interrupted and said “Sh! stop talking.” The monitor had to retake my blood pressure because I yawned and she proceeded to yell at me saying “it’s taking your blood pressure again because you moved!” So aggressive for no reason. She was huffing and puffing because my daughter was watching youtube (with headphones) and was giggling. Even during check in, she was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even acknowledge me when i first walked in, and proceeded to attend the phone while i had been waiting in front of her desk for minutes.
