In my opinion Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream around. It's a shame this is the last store in the area. Today we got there around 7 pm and they were very busy. To give credit the servers were busting their butts getting orders filled and the male server made a point of apologizing for the delay. I was no upset at all with the people working there or the servings we got. The reason I only gave 4-stars was because they no longer have seating inside the store (it's been a long time since we were there last). This is very poor as trying to get ice cream home to eat it when it's 90-degrees outside is a challenge. Besides, "going out" for ice cream kind of connotes you'll be eating there. Bring back the seating!!!

Apon entering the store they did have a sign that was posted that said short staffed we patiently waited and gave our order to the gentleman that was there today Theo despite being busy he kept his cool and was pleasant from beginning to end I will surely return excellent customer service today

I usually enjoy Baskin Robbins however when I went there today the man who helped me gave me the smallest portion sundae I’ve ever received there. I feel like the prices are high to begin with but to get scoops HALF NORMAL SIZE was a disappointment!

Yeah, that is a dumb question. I worked as Assistant Manager at a fast food joint, so I was someone who had a say in who we hired. My advice: put on a nice, clean outfit, slacks and a polo shirt or button down shirt if you have it, (if not, clean, non-wrinkled jeans and a non-wrinkled shirt are fine). Go into the place directly and ask to speak to the manager on duty. When that person comes up (or if the person you asked says that they are the manager on duty) say "hi, my name is (insert your name here), I would like to know if you'd be hiring soon, and if so, could I get an application?" Then when they get you the application (or tell you how to apply online) ask them about age requirements & any other questions you may have. If they are really busy though, just thank them for their time, and when you bring the application back, ask about age requirements. Most fast food restaurants have downtime RIGHT WHEN THEY OPEN, so that's the BEST time to stop by. Good luck!
