My great grandmother has been here for one month, and now looks like she's been in a boxing match. She's lost 15 pounds so far. Every time I walk through the front door I see the staff on the phone watching tiktok. No one at the front desk answers the phone! The staff does not help the elderly use the restroom or change their clothes at night when necessary. The entire staff has an extremely low response rate when the life alert button is pressed by the elderly residents. Also my grandmother's room amenities were never met ( TV remote)

Ashton Senior Living is absolutely great community for seniors. It is fabulously spacious, the staff is attentive and the facility is simply gorgeous and most accessible at the same time. I am a Physical Therapist and I highly recommend this Senior Living for anyone!

TERRIBLE PLACE! Please do not send your family member here! My grandmother was sent here because she has dementia and they have physically abused her, not paid attention to her, haven’t given her medicines, and they’ve had different males in the home sleeping with her. They weren’t getting caught for any of it because they knew she couldn’t remember.
