I called for quick shipping question and the young lady thought she hung the phone up , but continued to talk in the background with a awful language over a simple customer inquiry. Incident happened 9-28-22 at 118pm. I wish nothing but the best for this company, but please fully hang phone up before blowing off steam on a potential customer for a simple inquiry. Really unprofessional and bit surprising.
