Feels like they're the type of shop to loosen a bolt and wait for the car to unravel to charge you for everything that fell off in the interim. They botched an oil change on my vehicle and I left with such severe leaks that my power steering pump reservoir lost sixty percent of it's efficiency after informing them I knew of a leak that put a triple digit cap on driving before refil. Upon leaving their oil change I now have thirty miles before my power steering fluid goes empty. The heat insulation on my fuse box harness is ground off now too from the clip retaining it getting broken and the wire harness getting draped across my serpentine belt. (I know this wasn't me as I JUST replaced ac compressor, tensioner pulley assembly and serpentine belt three months ago. That wasn't broken when we closed the hood then... )

This place really takes care of you. They keep a history on your car. There was a time they did not carry my air filter but when I found one somewhere else, they installed it for me for free.
