Rude staff!! They make you sign everything before you even see the condition of your car. They damaged both my front tires and denied it!!!

A woman named Angie from the Columbus office was rude and got mad at me when I called her on the attitude. You really need to get better staff. Maybe learn to understand that people run into problems that is out of there control and be more understanding and respectful of there time. I would never recommend this company for anything. The Hamilton office acts like there super busy and can’t get you in for an appointment just because they can and they won’t answer the phone when you call.

Let me start by saying that no one likes to have their car towed but when your car is towed to a place with REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE workers, it makes the experience more upsetting. The workers needs to learn how to deal with customers in a professional way and not like they are talking to stealers. Be aware this place does not take cards!!! Only cash and will not provide any receipt. Fees are $371!!

If you are a lienholder do not use this company go with someone else they have no professionalism damage the vehicle steal property these guys are real sketchy and cause more problems than recovering the assets

It is illegal. Please file a police report against these people. I had a friend who got all their stuff stolen as well.

Yes, It is, A repossessor csn take a car at Anytime and any place, unless a govt facility. A repossessor is not going to know what is inside the car unless a HUMSN shows themselves or if an animal shows themselves my employees would attempt contact if that doesn't work they would call the animal shelter and having animal shelter come and get the animal. I have been doing repossessions for almost 20 years as a manager within the industry we rarely come across animals being inside a vehicle but if it happens I instruct my agents on how to handle every situation every situation is different but yes it is legal
