I’ve been using a BMV for over half my life and I have never seen an office run more efficiently or well organized than my recent visit here. Natasha Allen was helping 4 customers at once, directing people where to go, and completing a thorough eye test for license renewal. I was beyond blown away. Please promote her or give her something amazing. As long as I live in Columbus, I’ll drive to this office for her service.

I was so worried about going and waiting and everyone was wonderful. Only waited outside for a few minutes then inside for less than 10. They were very helpful! It’s hot in there though, don’t know how they do it all day.
