I didn't see the good customer service that was discussed on here but, they spoke to us as if we were extremely ignorant. The first person to "assist" (and I use that weird loosely) never left his seat to come to the front desk and we could barely hear him for the conversation being held next to him. He then passed us over to someone else and assume that we didn't understand Spanish then that person decided that she wanted to speak to us as if we were slow and tell us the name of the staffing company like we couldn't read. All I asked her was was, we're they like the other staffing agencies, did they do the same thing at this staffing agency that they did at all the other ones, in which, the answer was yes the answer yes but instead of having great customer service she reiterates "no this is "reliable" staffing" without one ounce of a smile on her face... I smiled, I gave compliments, I was not dirty nor did we look unintelligent so there was zero reason to treat ones that walk into the establishment as of they don't belong BUT GOOD TO KNOW👀 IF YOU'RE BLACK STAY BACK THEY'LL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU'RE UNEDUCATED. That was my son's first encounter with a temp agency too smh horrible representation but to each his own. Maybe it'll work better for others. This starts me a list of stressing places NOT to go...smh extremely disappointing
