If you are serious about getting a job, I would not recommend them as they aren't very professional. I applied for a position a few months ago and the recruiter reached out to me. I called her back 2 times, leaving voicemails and she never responded back. I then applied for a job last week and didn't hear anything within the 24 hour period they tell you will be contacted within. So I got on their website and chatted with someone who pulled up my info and provided me with the recruiters information. I contacted the recruiter about the role I applied to and she did reply back and ask if I had a specific qualification for the role. I replied that I did not and advised her about 3 other positions I was interested in talking to her about and I haven't received a response since. I even sent a follow-up email to make sure she received my reply and still no response. I am looking for a job which is hard enough but I feel Dawson makes it that much harder when they do not return your calls or emails.

Went to the Grove City location years back. Recruiters including Bernadette and another girl were unprofessional and catty. Even mentioned a google review of mine that they “didn’t like” (which is completely unprofessional and none of their business) I hope this place gets better staff for future employees cause I most certainly will not be one of them.

I am so glad I found Dawson on LinkedIn in 2020 as so many people were trying to navigate their way through the many changes we all faced. Working from home and remote options were in even higher demand. Dawson staff and recruiters are amazing, honest, dedicated and attentive. I have been taken care of since 2020 with Dawson from A-Z! As much as I look forward to being hired on full time with the company I'm currently placed with I am honored to be in the company of such top notch people. Dawson is the best!
