Great garage for parking. After reading a lot of reviews for other close-by garages with numerous break-ins, we were very nervous leaving our rental here. It seemed very secure and is closed overnight. It was the perfect location for us staying at the Marriott Marquis also, and was almost 25% of the price!! Highly recommended.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Make sure to never have a human moment and lose your card because they will be unbelievably rude and make you wait over 30 minutes to get out of the lot.

Similar to what other people said, car was locked in overnight, BUT we arrived at our car at 7:00 not 11 and it was already locked. Came early the next morning because we were informed it opened around 6-7, but it remained closed until 9 am- until we saw a man from the building next door who “wasn’t supposed to open it” but he saw how many people were locked out and opened it for us anyway. Upon calling the number they provided, we were told to call another number which then said they weren’t taking calls at the time. Don’t risk parking your car here!

Parking closed at 11 pm and car is inside. Had to go home in uber paying $50 and back for pick up next morning another $50. Pay for parking 25$ .. total 125$ wasted and time and a ruined saturday night. We parked at 10:30 pm and there was no notice of closing hours. The guy at entrance didn’t even warn us. How are you managing a public parking with so much inconvenience to customers? I came to know many people get trapped in this. You must have a closing time countdown timer or an open display of timing.
