As a first time buyer of a razer product/visit to the store, Christina made me feel welcomed at ease as well as everyone at the store. They took the time to answer all my questions! I got my hands on the hello kitty mouse and mouse pad (I’m sure everyone will correct on the proper terms lol) and I am satisfied! Will definitely be a loyal customer because of people who enjoy their jobs like Christina and truly fantastic products! Cannot recommend enough👍

Amil was suprisingly knowledgeable (unlike the salespersons at the famous fruit). I felt valued and he found the perfect setup for my needs and within my budget. He didn't push me into 'an upsell' and was kind to me even though I spent a good hour testing the various keyboard switches on display in this brilliant store :).

Unacceptable! It's supposed to be the best Laptop compagny but, it's worse than I thought. I bought a Blade 15 in France at 1899.99 euros, 1 year later the PC overheats, the fan makes noise, black screen, the performance plummets and the best is yet to come: the battery swelled so much that it caused the touchpad dammage and put it from its location. I contact Razer (Blade 15- Heating up/Battery Swell/Bulge Touchpad [Incident: 210609-003177]) everything is going well, they agree to do the repairs. No time to send it, I have to change house. I get back in touch with Razer Support (new ticket: Razer Blade 15- Heating up/Battery Swell/Bulge Touchpad [Incident: 220331-001375]), Razer Support wants me to pay for the repairs because the PC has just come out of the guaranteed! Bravo Razer. Their support tells me not to use the PC anymore because there is a serious risk to use the PC with this battery, nevertheless they refuse to repair, refund or replace... The support is incompetent, PCs are of poor quality and Razer is not a premium product. A fuir absolument !
