I have work for this company for over three years and in the time I work there I have had several discrepancies With management. Today I was suspended BecauseThe office manager wouldn't swallow his pride and admit he was being unprofessional and unethical In his responses so instead of admitting that he was being unprofessional he decided to suspend me.The office Management in the last three years since I have work there Has been shabby to say the least from Jasmine who was very ghetto, rude and unprofessional to the new guy Isaiah who Just doesn't talk to us at all. The communication between the company and the job sites that we have gone to is subpar At minimum as I have been to several different job sites where I was told by the contractor That they did not need us For the job site or at times I have been told they have told them several times to terminate the contract.The problem isn't that the contractor has told them that it's that when you bring it up they do not want to compensate you for your wasted time getting to and from their job site. When you approach them and let them know they are wrong they are very narcissistic about the response or at least Isaiah and Jasmine were And don't want to handle the problem the way it needs to be handled instead the blame is pointed at you. If you're looking for a temporary company to work for I would recommend someone else. Although you can easily get money through this company It takes them weeks to get back with you about your initial application And by The time they get back to you you could have found a job.Not my number one Recommendation. There are way better temp to hirecompanies in Columbus Ohio

I have been working for LGC Hospitality for three years and consistently and their client keep submitting the wrong information about my work hours. The I called and emailed LGC area manager that can Dictate about what I have work. They don’t have a clock in or out. Then she tell they don’t get their hours from Shiftgig. But you keep putting jobs onto Shiftgig but you can’t confirm my working hours. This place is horrible. They can Edit your working hours and make my life a living hell. So Iost wages, pain, and suffering on numerous issues and Frequently. Please if you work for this staffing agency please be aware and advised about your work hours. They will not pay attention to anything but themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!
