Wasted my time and money. Said they could help on the phone just to get me into a room, have me wait 45 minutes for no reason, then tell me to go see a primary care specialist. Absolutely criminal frauds. Please go anywhere else but here.

I brought my 2 year old daughter in yesterday evening(Saturday). I was told they won’t see her because she needs pediatric care. They sent us to a children’s urgent care and was told they closed at 10. We showed up a little after 8 to find out they were closed at 8. So I called the clinic to let them know we are coming back and the lady on the phone sounded hopeless and said you can come back but we will still send her somewhere else. On my way back to the clinic it didn’t sit well with me returning back so I didn’t. At 8:30 on a Saturday night my only opinion was going to an ER. I have worked in the medical field and ER trips are for trauma situations in my opinion. My daughter had a fever for the past three days, so in my opinion not a necessary ER trip nor paying the bill. But here I am 3:15 in the morning hearing my daughter cry nonstop resenting the client for not even taking a look at my daughter to give me any medical advice that might help that I haven’t done to give my daughter some relief. If you have a little one sick save the time and don’t come to this clinic because they won’t see them.

Had an appointment at 1130 had a 35 min wait. Staff is overworked, but pleasant. Clean and very busy.

I wanted to give 0 stars but its not an option. I’ve been going to this location ever since I moved out in New Albany maybe a year or so ago. I scheduled an urgent care video visit because it was easier than me dragging my baby into there with me and I honestly wasn’t feeling well enough to leave the house. On the call, the woman, K. Blum that I spoke with told me for my symptoms she was unable to help me virtually and I would need to go inside to have a strep test and Covid test. I did. My results came back negative for both. Even though I explained to the K. Blum I was in extreme pain, unable to swallow, had white patches in the back of my throat and I’m prone to strep. Therefor I needed antibiotics. She told me “I do not believe it is strep” and that I should just do a warm salt water rinse and my “condition” may last for 14 days. She refused to diagnose me, help me, or prescribe me something that would actually help me. Not to mention she was extremely vague and condescending. It’s completely insane and unethical to have someone diagnose a patient virtually for something that you need to physically be examined for. She did not examine me. She did not check my vitals or my throat to come to her conclusion that nothing was wrong with me. I left her manager Sam a message - which I would normally never do but I was in THAT much pain I couldn’t believe I was being turned away without medical help. They’re unprofessional, unethical and honestly do not care about patients. Or maybe only certain patients. I ended up going to a different urgent care down the street and they gave me excellent care and prescribed me the antibiotics that I need in order to get rid of strep. My blood pressure was high and I had a fever and chills by this time. It reconfirmed me that K. Blum simply did not wish to help me. They honestly should do some research on false negative strep tests. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. I will never return and I do not recommend. They do not want to do their jobs!
