I arrived to urgent care with an extreme asthma attack, unable to breathe or move because of my condition. Dr. Lawson and her two nurses prioritized my care and provided excellent bedside manner. I had an amazing experience here. Came in on a Saturday night feeling absolutely horrible (eye infection, congestion, a terrible cough, etc.). Was able to check in quickly and easily on my phone and then waited no longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Wait room was clean and quiet, and masks were required (and provided). They also provide free coffee and slushees which I thought was a sweet touch. I was seen by Ali Shapiro who was extremely kind and patient. She prescribed medication that I was able to pick up the next morning, and within a week I was back to normal. Being sick can be a truly awful experience and I’m so grateful for how painless the entire process at WellNow was.
