not only was the check in person sweet, but both the nurse who checked me in and the doctor i spoke to were so kind and comforting. i left feeling so much better about the reason i came. i just feel happier about people in general too because everyone was so kind in talking with me.

Great and amazing experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Ostro were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Ostro really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. He offer services of imaging and within less than 2 hours, I was out of there with all of my questions answer. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Very clean, friendly. Dr. Ostro willing to provide the extra care, wether if it's medication or advice . They went above and beyond.

By far, the worse Urgent Care/After Hours place in Columbus, Ohio. I should've learned with my first experience. But, I had to give them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN!!! I want everyone to learn from my experience and go elsewhere!!! Both of my visits to the Urgent Care/After Hours, I went to the ER afterwards and was taken care of properly. This place sent me home in the very same condition I went to them. I was hospitalized for over a week, the first time I went and the second time, the ER did the job in no time. These people should have their licenses REMOVED ASAP!!!
