The wait is too long. 3 hours. For a hospital that clearly has enough money to invest in brand new buildings and equipment you would hope they would invest in more doctors and nurses so this urgent care could live up to its name.

We took my son here at 9pm because other urgent cares were closed. There were two children in front of us, but we were in and out within and hour. We got the first dose of his antibiotic there so I didn’t have to rush to the pharmacy. It was a great experience from all the nurses and Dr. Bland

Been here for 2 and half hours. Baby fever is going up. Got personnel in scrubs taking temperature while other co worker sits all relaxed swiveling back and forth in a chair like a 3 yr old. Still here waiting, watching others who came in after being seen.

Thank you to everyone at the urgent care! From the moment we walked in to each nurse we saw everyone was so kind and caring! We truly appreciate you taking such good care of our son!

I think you need to either go into the ED. Or if you have a Children's associated counselor contact them. But please fo to the ED if you feel like you are having a crisis. Its better you get treatment right away.
