The staff seems nice and competent enough, but they didn't wear gloves while treating and swabbing our daughter. We waited at the window in the lobby for over 10 minutes before someone came to check us in. My biggest complaint is that the place is filthy. The bathroom was gross. The whole place needs cleaned and updated. Not what I would expect from a medical care facility. People writing reviews on here about the place being clean must have gone to a different urgent care. And it is hot as heck in there. 🤢🥵
