Read the reviews. Many people unhappy and rightly so. Better housekeeping to assure customers are confident in cleanliness procedures. 1/2 the staff is exemplary and the other 1/2 seriously negative attitudes. Clearly management needs to step up. And they will. They are experienced and clearly want to make imorovements.
