Between inconsistent counseling schedule and the fact that they closed my case without notification, they have my phone number and address! I had surgery for a full knee replacement 6 weeks ago, i let them know, and that i would call them when my schedule slowed down. They responded to that message, but neglected to tell me about needing to update my treatment plan, instead discharge me, then tell me i have to wait 90 days to reapply for treatment! This isnt the first time they have done this to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER, instead go to Ohio Health Behavioral Health.

Dr Phillip Wang is AMAZING!!!! He's so understanding and actually listens to what's going on, so he can adjust my meds correctly. The office barely ever picks up when u call which is why I gave it 4 stars, but they do call u back in a timely manner if u leave a message. I havent had any issues scheduling appts either. Based on my experience, I recommend this place to anyone that needs help :)

I had two wonderful counselors help me through most of my trauma and set me on a positive life path. They encouraged me to try new and different coping techniques I still use and benefit from to this day. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is serious about trying to cope successfully with their mental health.
