had efficient style, seemed to really want to help me figure out the problem. I feel like the customer service just could be a little bit better, regarding actually reaching out to customers after they have paid. I understand that this is a very busy time of the year because of weather changes, and cold. Nice clean place, and very commercial. The location is decent and not hard to find. The new doctor dermatologist Dr. Hoover is also a nice guy and really took necessary steps to get everything that needed to be done and made sure that an appointment was set.

I would encourage anyone looking for help with hair thinning issues to avoid this business. I was only offered Telehealth appointments with Dr. Shaffer, of which I had three. Her lack of empathy and care for her patients is obvious and her recommendations are on par with what you can find by googling "hair loss". I am 28 and was told that my hair loss /thinning was probably permanent, I also was instructed by Dr. Shaffer to go to the Columbus Arthritis Center as a follow up for some abnormal bloodwork because I most likely had an auto-immune disease. She also acted like this was a positive step, not a terrifying reality. The rheumatologist at CAC was confused as to why I was there and after doing $400 of additional bloodwork, confirmed that I did not have an auto immune disease. If you are struggling with hair loss I can provide you with the advice that I paid an exorbitant amount for - use Minoxidil 5% foam and take Nutrafol.

I contacted Downtown Dermatology 8 times starting in January 2021 before I received a call back concerning setting up an appointment for fillers. I wasted months trying to get an appointment, only to get a virtual one with the nurse. I was thinking this was a free consultation and since it took so long to get a call back, I called another and set up an appointment with Monarch Aesthetic for a free consultation and they were AMAZING! I received a statement for a charge of $177.33, I thought for what NOTHING, my insurance made an adjustment of $118.45 so they say I still owe $58.88 again I said for WHAT? I am sending them a bill for $25.00 for each time I called them being ignored! That's $200.00 of my wasted time trying to be seen! If you want a wonderful, caring, professional staff who knows aesthetics then do not hesitate to call and get a free consultation with Monarch Aesthetics, you will not be disappointed. I am a part of the membership club for $50.00 a month that can be applied to services and/or product and gives you extra savings each month on specials for services and products. I wish I had never even wasted my times trying to get an appointment with Downtown Dermatology, (of which I never did) and had gone to Monarch the beginning of 2021! I am very happy with my results with Monarch and will not go anywhere else!

Yes, there is a parking lot across from the main entrance-it has signs indicating that it's parking for downtown dermatology and the parking is free. I think the name of the street for the parking lot is S. Washington Ave.

The doctor i saw act like she did not want to check me to see what's going on with my body and my skin I guess I wasn't dark enough for her to see any signs of any infection I guess

I'm not sure who you saw, but I never heard of that happening to anyone I've ever refferred of any race. I've only seen Dr. Graham directly, but her staff was always good listeners and helpful. Sorry about your visit.
