TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NO ONE AT THIS PLACE CARES. IT TOOK 4 CALLS AND MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER STOPPING IN TWICE TO GET MY SCRIPT CALLED IN TO PHARMACY. I was asked if I wanted covid vaccine, I said NO and Dr. asked 2 more times. They make big money if they get you to take the vaccine.

sent my antibiotics to the wrong pharmacy, went to the pharmacy i thought it was at and they said it wasn’t faxed over yet but in all reality they had sent it to the wrong pharmacy so my insurance already paid for it at the other pharmacy, the thing is i went in to find out what pharmacy they sent it to and they have no idea very unprofessional.

Waited over an hour in the waiting Room after i had an appointment and then waited over an hour in the back for a slow working doctor that had nobody else here at this time. WHY the hell do you have a appointment system if you don’t follow it! Also those 2 Ladies “Assistant’s” are absolutely rude and WHY is the doctor on the phone showing them the high score of a GAME? Get your priorities straight!

We accept all forms of Insurance, but in regards to Private Insurance such as UHC or Anthem.. we may or may not be in network. The best course of action to take is to contact the customer line on the back of your insurance card, and ask them for a list of Urgent Cares in your area that are 'in network'.. that way you get the best coverage for your insurance.
Yes! We see children of all ages.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. There are only two reasons why anyone working here would never answer the phone; either the clinic is closed or the clinic is busy. We often have only one provider and one assistant present.. as such it is hard to answer the phone when the clinic gets busy. None the less keep trying! As always if it is an emergency please dial 911 instead.
Our Walk In Urgent Care Clinic is open from 8 AM to 8 PM on the weekdays (M~F), and 10 AM to 6 PM on the weekends (Saturday~Sunday).
Yes they do take all forms of Ohio Medicaid and Medicare.
