I took my daughter here in may and just recently, two different illnesses but was treated great by every individual I encountered. Her being 3, now 4, I know they don’t normally treat kids but treated my daughter great! It’s a super convenient location!

I went to this urgent care because I was dealing with extreme ear pain and honestly My experience at this healthcare provider was.. in one word, Lacking. Lacking in empathy Lacking in care Lacking in standardization The first nurse i interacted with was exceptionally nice and caring asking me for my pronouns and preferred name before she addressed me was attentive when I was crying because of the pain. But when the Dr came in, she was very short with me about why I was crying, immediately deadnamed me, and was very heavy handed when it came to checking out my ear pain, pulling, poking and prodding without warning and then asking "how bad did that hurt". She left after prescribing me some medicine and a shot of pain. Then The 2nd nurse came in to give me the shot he/they(not sure) was just kinda "going through the motions" they didn't seem like they wanted to be there, and like, was just kinda unempathetic. I probably won't ever be going back to this Urgent care. And honestly I don't think you should either.

I have been here twice now- once in 2020 and again in 2022. Both visits were standard but the latter visit was exceptional. I spoke with Erica on the phone ahead of time who addressed my questions and booked me an appointment. The nursing staff and doctor were prompt but thoroughly listened to my concerns. I left with my issues addressed and the medication I needed to get better. Would recommend!
