Great staff and care for appointments. As for follow up care, being able to contact them, or working with other medical facilities about your care they are the absolute worst. It seems their main objective is to book as many appointments in their office as possible, afterwards doesn't really matter.

This doctors office is the worst place I've ever visited in this city. I went there to get a physical for work, and I had to call them over 10 times to get the forms filled out. After all that I still had to go to a different doctor and redo all the paperwork and blood work. If incompetent had a mascot Evergreen would be the face of it. I do not recommend this place for every day working people at all. Two thumbs down.
