Very slow service with four people behind the counter and 8 people waiting for orders. Been here for about 30minutes. Gentleman next to me had the same sandwich made wrong three times. Won't be back to this location. Expectations weren't very high, but it seems everywhere you go just keeps getting worse these days.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. After waiting 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge that we had walked in to the restaurant. I left. Because I could tell that she was not going to help me. And there was only one lady in the restaurant that was waiting. I have never seen such obvious and intentional disrespect to a customer ever. I did take a video of her ignoring me for the last 6 minutes. Cause I thought no one will believe That someone could be that rude. FIREHOUSE Is this the kind of people you want representing your business. By the way this happened at the Firehouse subs at Northlake Mall 6pm on Sunday 10-9-22. Your employee is rude! I certainly hope she is not a manager!

Worst service I've ever seen anywhere. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude, not just to us but to everyone that walked in. My fiancee said she wanted a steak and cheese with lettuce, tomato, and mayo 3 times. She gets her sub and it's a steak and cheese with marinara sauce on it!? I don't even know how you do something like that and not question it... We take it back up to get it corrected. We tell her again that it was lettuce, tomato, and mayo. A couple minutes goes by and they hand the sandwich back. This time it's just steak and cheese with nothing else on it! Again we take it back up and said lettuce, tomato, and mayo! She mumbles "That's not what you said!". Like this was 3pm on a Sunday, it wasn't busy! They weren't overwhelmed! I don't know how someone at a sandwich shop messes up lettuce, tomato, and mayo so badly. Finally after it's corrected, she starts working on another order and says loudly "Jesus, help me!"

The have half the tables blocked to distance people sitting inside. At the order station and counter they have a line of tables parallelogram the counter to make people go around instead of passing close to customers waiting for their order to complete. The normal array of bottles are hot sauce are no longer there.
