The organization and the company is great for the struggling people of the community that have a hard time making ends meet. I understand the concept and myself and others are very appreciative of it. But some of their workers are not friendly rather standoffish and rude to a point, they treat the customers like they are beneath them. Not all of the workers are that way just a couple depends on who takes care of you when you walk in. Also if they don't know you they do not show favoritism like they do to the ones that they do know. I've seen do people walk in at the same time and one was shown favoritism and the other one wasn't. Once again I appreciate what they do for the community and the people.. just not a fan of some of their workers.

At the Williamsport location, no you do not NEED any of that. They ask no questions, however it's a "one and done" they will refer you through other programs which will require some form of paperwork for everyone in your household.
Yes tell them family size& age of kids. I just there a week ago..got 2 boxes of foods.
Call them.. they'll tell you the process.. my wife works.there. or just go there. Its on wahoo drive.. across from UPS
