Leaks happen frequently. Large pipe burst leaks that occur inside units that run down the entire building! The roof pipe clogged and leaked way down into the office downstairs, crashed through the ceiling, and flooded the entire first floor. Very concerning!!! In my opinion I'd be nervous about the structure. Many units are moldy and MUSTY. Not kid friendly. Rude senior citizen owners. Building is showing it's 1970's age. This place is for the elderly, not big groups or families. Long walks to beach and trolley ALWAYS full. Public beach is too crowded.

Not close by. About a mile down the road. The free trolley did run every 20 minutes.
Public Beach. They have a pool and you can sit by the inner costal water but no beach.
On the property. The unit I was in thay prevailed a small shopping cart to take your soap an stuff in. It was easter to do
