This place charged me $200 to tell me to go to the ER. That’s it! They did nothing else. You’d think they would have some consideration for that. But no. They took my money & said we can’t help you. I agreed to pay the $200 walk in fee. Because I thought they would help me. And worst..I had no strength to protest once they told me to go to the ER. Shame on them!! That should be illegal!

Walked in around 4:30 with only 3 people infront of me sat an hour went and asked who’s infront of me which was only 1 person another hour goes by . I couldn’t sit any longer waiting to be called with two impatient kids

I would like to thank Lisa from the front desk, for her excellent service and Dr. Diane Meadows for her humanized service. This was the only time I was very well attended at this Centra Care. However, I would also like to point out that I was very poorly attended by Mr. Robert Hehre who is in urgent need to learn how to treat his patients with more careful attention.

Turns away patients without giving a second thought to there condition the front desk receptionist is the most unprofessional employee I have ever seen work for advent knowing so because I work for advent

Just call them up it might be free depends on your medical insurance.
I think 250 when it's supposed to be free. Also it will take a couple days to come back
If you have no insurance go to Home docs in Orange City, ... No fee at for cash payment.. whatever the doc fee there is what you're gonna pay

Sanford Centra Care has primary care with Alison Hodges ARNP, she is an amazing provider and her bedside manner is top notch. I highly recommend her for primary care. You won't be disappointed I assure you.
Office visits start out at 209.25 to see the provider. If you need any procedures done that will incur additional costs.
