Very disappointed.. where's my great experience? Have yet to even speak to the physician..refills messed up written for wrong amount..told to watch my tone of voice when I brought this up...also IDC about your ibuprofen consumption..this is supposed to be about me. Real hard to get to talk about anything significant in the 5 mins I'm allotted especially when we talk about herself everytime it seems....

I think Dr. Greg Famiglio and Dr Materani are amazing Drs their both caring and always understanding in fact I have heart issues goen on and they were both so very interested in what was goin on I love this place absolutely!! The other staff they have working there are also amazing too!! Very thankful for this place and the doctors! I had a change of drs, I’ve been seeing Dr. Barnard for a few years now, and he is absolutely amazing, so caring, he talks wit you like your an actual human being, some places the doctors are there to do their job and go. Dr. Barnard is always there if I hve questions, or I’m dealing wit some problems to every day life, he talks to you and makes you feel so much better about things when you leave his office or get off the phone wit him! I could not ask for a better doctor!!

Originally I had written a bad review due to a bad experience. I have definitely had a change in heart. Since my review, literally within a half hour the office manager contacted me. With a very kind and helpful response fixed every issue I had with the office. I was then fit in the very next day. After meeting the PA and the office staff I have never met a more truly caring office. I was made to feel for the first time that they were on my side and whatever it takes they will help me succeed and they will be there every step of the way. I am so impressed with my experience I had to come back and correct my review. This office truly cares about each and every patient in a way that I have never experienced. Have you called our office? We have immediate openings available . Just call! We make it that easy. Most patients can get into one office six days per week. Unfortunately, we are not open Sundays. You need to be seen by an Addiction/Buprenorphine provider. We accept Geisinger Insurance.
I drive over four hours to get to my appointments at family recovery solutions. They are now starting to accept insurance there as well for the office visit but they only accept geisinger. I'm pretty sure they accept out of state because that is technically what I am.
Unfortunately we get so many request for lost, stolen or accidental loss of meds that we had to set a policy and stick to it. We receive numerous calls daily of lost meds and we had no choice but to not refill without extensive proof or a police report. We have this written in the patient agreement on intake and FAQs document. We try to go out of the way for all patients. You are always welcome to make an appointment and discuss personally with your provider.

Please call the office to discuss. We currently accept only all forms of Geisinger Insurance for the office visit. We can arrange to have most prescriptions covered within one hour. If you currently happen to have other MA insurance and can nswitch will may be able to see you immediately. Currently we are unable to see patients with other PA Medical Assistanceh coverage as we are not contracted with them. Please call our office so we can assist you immediately. We deliver exception service to our patients. Dr. Famiglio and staff. Please call the office as we can be flexible with the Medicare patient. We go out of our way to work with the elderly. If you are able to get Geisinger Gold Medicare you will have a low cost. (Is enrollment closed yet?) Please feel free to consult with Dr. Famiglio for no charge to personally discuss you options. He tries to make it affordable for the older patient.
They will definitely call thar in for you. I was in a similar situation and they had no problem with calling it to an out of state pharmacy
Currently we do not accept Amerihealth insurance. However if you are in an area where you may obtain Geisinger insurance we will accept you and see you immediately usually with a small or no copay. We often obtain prescription preauthorization within 15-30 minutes. We strive to make care available to most patients. Unfortunately, this is not always possible with the lack of reasonable payment by a few insurance companies.
There are really fast and they work with you if you have a problem talk to them they are great at helping you shouldn't have any problems at all. I hope you have a very Blessed month
They haven't taken Geisinger because of Geisinger BUT...when i had a visit 2 weeks or so ago...they told me they were in process of a contract and the office staff was so happy! As are us ghp patients. No effective date yet
