Scam!! Ordered the service. Paid for service. Equipment arrived. Followed instructions. After 1 hour on the phone with a rep it was determined the wrong equipment was sent. Cancelled service. Returned equipment. Rep said a refund would be credited. No refund given. Called again now a refund can't be given, Total cost $80.00 for nothing. Stay away. I'd give 0 starts if I could.

I think that the fall detection system is great but i think it would be better in a bracelet because the pendants are really touchy.

I truly wish they would activate the 911 system before calling me,,IF they would do that FIRST,,I WOULD. GET THE ALARM,,SINCE I AM A FIREFIGHTER WITHIN THE AREA,,MY ONLY COMPLAINT..I have insisted/ instructed them to DO THIS REPEATEDLY...
