I would give a 0 if I could. The ladies there rejected me when I was in pain because of my out of state insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket but they still turned me away in a very unkind manner. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because then I went to River Valley. The staff at River Valley were amazingly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend River Valley, don't waste your time with Geisinger.

I didn’t have the best experience recently. I took my son who is still in diapers there for a diaper rash that appeared to look like yeast to me. One of the providers (she was a PA, older lady) walked in and stood at the door. I took my sons diaper down and she didn’t even come up to examine it. She stood by the door, took a 2 second look at it, and said “that doesn’t even look bad, just apply desitin on it”. The whole encounter was all but 2 minutes. I even asked her if it looked like yeast to her and she told me no. I took him to the doctor a couple days later because that didn’t seem right to me and it had gotten worse. Low and behold, he had a yeast infection that could have been taken care of days before had she took the time to examine my son.
