I'm tired of making a special trip from across town to this Health Department to be told that they cant help me...I would call but thats also a waste of time.I use to come here all the time to get my tb screening because it was cheaper than everywhere else. I guess alot has changed from 6yrs ago.?One thing that hasnt changed is the terrible customer service!!!!!

I legit hate this place. Staff is a bit incompetent. Whoever is on the phones and managing the phones needs to be replaced…they give false information and don’t know what they’re talking about. The people On the phones and those inside the building aren’t on the same accord when it comes to appointment setting and the process inside is just clunky and slow….I wish there were better resources for free health care in the city cause this place sucks…and I’m tired of heading into clinics where it’s a crime to ask for extra masks…you’re a health clinic, shouldn’t you be happy that I’m even trying to wear masks at this point? I’m so over it…

Arrived at 8am on a Monday and was home by 9:15, which I thought was pretty fast for a walk in clinic considering all the paperwork and conversations. Yolanda was kind and helpful, and I'm definitely coming back for future testing needs

They will do a screening or if you're sick they do, but they're not doing them unless you're sick or need a screening.
