Your first session, initial evaluation, usually lasts between 45 - 60 minutes. Most patients complete 2 - 3 sessions per week. If you have access to a computer & printer, then we ask that you print & complete the intake forms which are found on our website (www.physicaltherapynutley.com) before your first appointment. If you do not have access to a computer & printer, then we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your first session to complete the intake forms. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your sessions.
Yes. We provide transportation through Uber Health with no charge to the patient.

Yes. Please use the rear door for handicap accessibility. The front entrance has 5 stairs leading to the door.
