Not sure what's the point of having a superintendent on site, if he doesn't come during an emergency. Called multiple times for a leaking washing machine and was finally told that he would likely be coming in the morning. First, I'm glad that I was informed by the THIRD call that he wouldn't be coming. Second, I'm glad that having water in my apartment isn't an emergency. What a joke!

There is a big maintenance issue. I have a repair issue, but never have a man come and get fixed. I gave a few phone calls and reached out the manager. He sounds nice, but never sent a man to fix the issue. Literally, this seems breaching out the lease if you look at the lease carefully. I assume they may have internal issues to handle repair problems, but this will definitely impact you in terms of the living happiness and legal matters. I will call Nutley Housing Inspector to be involved in the matter and give you guys an update ASAP.
