The manager Javier went above and beyond today. I had locked my keys in my car when I was vacuuming it and was needing to call AAA but he got my keys out of my car within 5 minutes and saved me a lot of trouble. Everyone there has always been very polite and accommodating. Great service directly recommend!Great service directly recommend!

I LOVE Joe's!!! Javier helped me choose my membership package and went the extra mile by shining my tires. The customer service here is unmatched! They have a free carpet mat cleaner near the vacuums, making it so easy for me to get any dirt and debris out of my car mats. The vacuums suction was powerful and cleaned every nook and cranny of my interior. They even have air dusters alongside the vacuums so you can get dust out of hard to reach places like window controls and cupholders. Not to mention, any carwash you get, low or high-end, is awesome! 5 STARS!!! Go to Joe's if you want your car SUPER CLEAN!

I have been going to this car wash since it opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always get the Manager's Special as it is a good value. I trust this car wash as it has never damaged or scratched my vehicle. They have vacuum hoses, floor mat cleaning machines and cloths to dry and detail your vehicle. They will let you run your vehicle through again if it didn't meet your satisfaction. I like this car wash so much I drive 14 miles to go there.

Vacuums are included, and well maintained. Staff is always willing to address any concerns or blockage that may occur.
it is when you purchase your car wash. I think they also take a photo of your plate. and they match it up as you enter the wash
I wouldn't think it would be an issue, Joe's is a newer Car Wash. But to be sure I would call em.

No, just carwashes. They do have vacuuming stations with mat cleaners.
