If I could give it negative stars I would. It was my first time flying and it makes me never want to do it again. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced and will never be using this airport again. Flight got pushed back 3 times because of their poor judgement but continuously had an attitude when I just needed help to find a new connection flight because I had no idea what to do like 100 other people before me. I stated “I just need a new connection flight” and was replied to with “Just like everybody else.” If you don’t want to work customer service then DO NOT! -1000/10.

Excited about the new building, when it's open it's going to be fantastic! The existing airport is OK, they've made it work. Friendly and helpful staff. Way less stressful going through security here than at a large airport. Free parking is a huge plus. I fly out of Columbia whenever possible but it's nice to have the options of KC or STL too.

Not even a restroom in the terminal. It takes about 30 seconds to get through security, yet they still want you to show up 45 minutes before boarding. If you don't, they shut down the ticket counter and charge you for a missed flight. That's supposedly "American airlines policy" but since they're the only airline that flies from Columbia, that's what you have to deal with. It really felt like the South Park "Cable company" episode. You know the one I'm talking about. I'll drive 2 and a half hours to St Louis for my next flight.

Flight going out delayed then flight coming back completely canceled. I was told it was due to weather. Today is Wednesday and we are supposed to get snow Thursday evening. Never heard of a flight getting canceled before the event even happens. I would blame American Airlines (which partially do) but yet I was able to book same day a few hours later to fly into KC which tells me this is a Columbia issue. Never again!

I never heard of Joury Masters. Sorry Just looked them up on Google. Nobody had anything good to say about them. Some even come them a scam. Please the care with who you give your money to. Google really is a good resource. A couple of bad reviews is normal (can't please everyone) but if you get more good than bad, Make a few contacts before spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on an unfamiliar company, it will be worth it.
Yes is free park1
I haven't left my car for a week but haven't had any problems with leaving it 4 days
Boarding is at 430am usually so I would get there at 345am. 4am may be ok if you are not checking bags. COU is small and easy to check in but there are 2 flights that leave around this time. I prefer to be early in case there are any issues.
USAjobs.gov would be where I would look first.
It refers to your seat on your flight. Basic economy typically refers to your cheapest seat. Follow up with the specific airline you are booking for further details.
No.
Its free!!!
Drop the person off at the front of the building. Then you're going to have to go park the car in a space not for handicapped there is no other choices there.
You can look on the airline that you're flying out on and they have the dimensions and weight on the luggage.
MO X Call them
No The only flights out of Columbia Regional Airport are Chicago Dallas and Denver
Yes
At COU you can park anywhere except the rental car parking lot and hour parking spaces. These are clearly marked
Short answer no, however I would recommend carrying a passport if you have a Missouri Drivers License. TLDR The US government has given the State of Missouri an extension until October 2019 to bring Missouri State IDs into compliance with the Real ID Act of 2005. Unfortunately there is a great deal of confusion on the topic at the moment and there is a possibility a Missouri Drivers License will be challenged by TSA personnel.
It is the three-letter identifier given by the FAA for a airport code. In short it is a short identification.
No
No you don't for this year. But after this year you will need it to fly within the US I would suggest you getting one. As the end nears it will take longer to get one due to the fact that all states will have to comply to the new federal law
2 30 pm check luggage in then find a seat and people watch
Yes American airlines has some at their station.
No animals allowed inside, unless they're service animals. However your pup can sit outside the arrival doors with you
No
James is that from Missouri to New Orleans
No only Chicago and dallas for non-stop
Chicago Denver and Dallas
I'd recommend 4 or 430 it gets very busy in the morning
No, COU has flights to Denver, Dallas and Chicago.
Yes it does, for chips and some snacks. Not sure about soda or beverages though!
There are no non-stop flights to Omaha at this time. United flies to Chicago & Denver, American flies to Chicago & Dallas.
