Really poor experience whit this place, the day I went the machine was broken for more than 20 minutes, the manager came saying that he was going to return the money to my card, and what he did was pay a membership which I never asked for for $29.81 per a car wash, the money never returned to my card and the membership has been active for 7 months and in those 7 months I have not used the car wash even once. I have been calling them and they do not pick up the phone this is not what I asked for nor did I intend to pay. Research with you is what this takes. Cancel the membership as soon as possible please.

Please guys, do yourselves a favor, and DO NOT go to this place. My mother was there last week, and it was the worst experience of her life in a car wash. Their internal machinery went off rails and almost provoked my mother to crash into an electric tank. Because of this, the two cars behind her collided, and then the workers of this place had the audacity to say that it was my mother’s fault. Furthermore, they called the police and told them that she was responsible and also did the same with the insurance company. Good thing that the claims department dropped the case after investigating this issue and concluding that it was the carwash internal system that malfunction. This place needs to be shut down; I still have a difficult time understanding how these things happened in the United States of America. A total disgrace.
