Joe Rapley answered the phone on my first attempt, and answered my Q's about VA loans very capably.

I'm very impressed with the professionalism with the staff at this location. I called in desperate need of assistance and the lady on the phone was so kind and helpful. I was able to come right in. The service officer was as equally professional and was able to assist me. Needless to say my anxiety level diminished completely. I welcome any veteran to seek this place first for any veteran related needs.
