Joe Rapley answered the phone on my first attempt, and answered my Q's about VA loans very capably.

I'm very impressed with the professionalism with the staff at this location. I called in desperate need of assistance and the lady on the phone was so kind and helpful. I was able to come right in. The service officer was as equally professional and was able to assist me. Needless to say my anxiety level diminished completely. I welcome any veteran to seek this place first for any veteran related needs.

Your child may be eligible for the North Carolina Children of War Time Veterans Scholarship if either you entered the service as a North Carolina Resident, or your child has lived in NC their entire lives. The Division of Veterans Affairs scholarship application is available online at https://www.milvets.nc.gov/services/scholarships. Additionally you can reach our Raleigh Scholarship Office at 844-624-8387 option 2 For Federal Education Benefits for Dependents of those rated 100% permanent and total you would need to apply for Dependents Education Assistance. That can be done either at this office in Charlotte or through the Schools Financial Aid Office. More information regarding this program is available here. https://www.benefits.va.gov/GIBILL/DEA.asp
