I have been going here for about 5 yrs, Dave the manager and his lovely wife and son are so friendly and helpful always. I’m always greeted when i enter. They are true professionals. A couple of weeks ago we had a. Problem with our chlorinator as well as our jets in the pool. We thought we were going to have two call out someone to fix it. I went in the store for a water check and was telling Maddie and Dillon W. about our issue not only did they help explain thing to me in the store, I was still having difficulties so I called and they both walked me through it. Now our pool is in great shape and loos beautiful. Thank you all for always being ready and willing to go the extra mile for your customers. Customers fo9r the the Fox family

Been here a few times for various services, this was the worst experience!! The guy testing my water was rude and treated me like I didn't know anything. The guy doing parts also had no clue even after giving the part numbers. I have never been treated so badly.

Don't bother paying for the more expensive pool cover, they will find a way around the warranty.
