One person working today... Mail drum jammed... Waited 20 minutes to hand off postage paid items do to no counter space to leave them. I hope it gets better.

I arrived at the post office 20 minutes before close and they were already locked up. I used to know where my tax dollars were going; I’m not so sure anymore. And to think I wasn’t gonna beat my kids tonight.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They’re both very rude ladies working the front. & have no patience or the need to help. If i could put zero stars i would. Do not go here if you’re trying to do anything at all

Questions & Answers

I mailed a pkg from your location to N. J. on or about Jan. 9, 2019. I cannot find my receipt or tracking number. Do you keep a record of people/tracking numbers? Company is claiming I never sent it. I also insured it for $25+ dollars.

I would say it probably didn't ship until Monday. Depending on how you ship it they might not get until Saturday or Monday

If I forgot my PO box number but I still have my key, is there anyway I can get this info over the phone? I work until 4:30 in Rochester hills and my po box is in Utica.

First of all somebody physically has to check your mailbox every day. Secondly the post office has an app that you can see off your app what kind of mail you are going to receive for today and if you don't receive it you can put a checkmark by it and then send it back to the post office app.
