Dreadful DON & scary-looking nurses.Vindictive & unprofessional help.DON allows aides to pass out medications to the residents.The DON is trying to prevent the aides from using wipes on the residents.She gets a bonus if she comes in under budget.This senior DON needs to be replaced.She speaks in a nasty manner to the aides and to the residents.Her hair is an untidy mess.She leaves early every time that she is at the facility-except for when the state drops by.

Had a relative that worked at this facility.Poorly managed and badly-run.Place stinks to high heaven like urine.Nurses without teeth.80’s hairstyle(frizzy,dried-out perm)on the strung-out LPN.Zombie-like residents roam the hallways.Poor medical care and the food is disgusting.

Lack of supervision over employees and the aides are not wearing masks.The aides are also not vaccinated and they are allowed to talk to the residents in an unacceptable manner.Lack of supplies to take care of the residents.They brought a dog into this facility to sniff out bedbugs.Residents are demeaned on a daily basis.The food is atrocious and thrown together.How this place is still in business is beyond me.The employees engage in gossip and present a superior and smug attitude towards the individuals that they are paid to help with their basic needs.

I have a relative who used to work at this facility.She left because of the food that was being served to the residents.The very worst!Slimy luncheon meat,canned fruit cocktail & hairs in the mashed potatoes.This place needs to be EXPOSED!!A lot of money is being paid towards long-term care by the government and by private insurance companies.They are being ripped-off big-time by the predators that own these run-down facilities.
