Stay away !! Ordered a brand new grille that was to be assembled before delivery. Called and said it was ready to be shipped then they realized it needed to be assembled. So it was delayed. Then said it was to be delivered on a Monday. No call pre-delivery so obviously it never showed up. Ten days later it showed up and get this .... it was a used grille. Rusted, dented, grease stains, the hood was half-attached and dirt/ashes all over it. You buy something new and it shows up looking like it had been used for a few years. The truck driver initially tried to tell us it was a brand new grille but he later changed his mind after seeing the damage. Somebody lied and tried to pull a fast one. Go to Home Depot and drive right by Lowes because they don't care.

Can not ever find someone to help, not with anything, after looking around for someone to help i went to service desk and ask them to paige someone, I stood and waited for 20 minutes, went back to service desk, they acted like I was bothering and inconveniencing them, it's like no one works here, I left and took my money somewhere else.

I would like to say. I worked at this particular Lowe's. They have been overwhelmed with customers. Customer service is one of if not the most swamped area in the store. But I am not taking away from the phone situation. They should be responding to calls and focusing on better customer service and support

Yes they will cut the glass for your window, but they will not put it in the window for you, you can bring the measuments for each glass u need, but the type of glass they have there isnt really suitable for a window, its too thin, if your looking for just a quick replacement, i suggest plexiglass, its clear and more durable, but they can only cut the thinner sheets of that aswell. Just bring the measurements and you should be golden. I use to work there and funny enough i use to be the one to cut glass and plexiglass aswell Best of luck!
