It’s Home Depot…nothing exceptional about it. The employees are atypically dependable…in that I can always depend on them to be dismissive and worse-than-helpful: not saying a word to me while having another conversation as I returned something, giving me the completely wrong directions when looking for an item, and outright ignoring us while waiting for service. Come if you have the app and know where to look and what you’re looking for.
Has anyone else had bad home delivery experiences particularly for large appliances? I will continue to shop at Home Depot but never again for anything requiring home delivery. They use 3rd party substandards.

Complain to the store manager. You could be reimbursed for your inconvenience. If damaged ask for as replacent.
