Dr. Billingsley was amazing. The visit was an emergency euthanasia for one of our beloved furbabies. The compassion and empathy she showed us was truly appreciated. We knew there was no other choice for this situation and she immediately responded to our need where all the other vets we called wouldn't see us. Thank you Dr Beverly 🙏

I brought my cat Scotty in. He had a cracked canine. They removed the tooth. They didn't give us a proper diagnosis and they kept changing their mind about what was wrong with him. Ultimately, my car died from gingivitis (which is preventable.and simple to diagnosis. He suffered greatly. Not only that but the vet assigned to us treated my wife and I Iike garbage. My family is still traumatized by this. I am never utilizing their services again. If you value your cats life, I recommend you avoid this place. You people are uncaring and incompetent. If I could file a lawsuit against your business, I would.

This place is horrible for any emergency!!!! they very rudely told us they only accept clients that theyve already have relations with!!!!! we brought our dog here and the lady was VERY rude! With attitude she said "we dont just accept new clients and you have to call to make appointment and the next one isn't in weeks". I hope your consious is guilty for being rude to us while our dog is currently suffocating
