After 2 weeks of no mail and a formal investigation Tehachapi post office tells me I have to come in to sign a route highway carrier contract. Follow up Post Office tired to make it right. My opinion has improved if our good people in public service.

If the USPS refuses to deliver boxes to homes in BVS and hold our deliveries hostage, they should at the very least be open later for mail pick up. Most people are working and cannot make it there by 5pm during the week. I had an important package I need today only to find a slip stating I need to go pick it up at the post office across town and it’s now 5:30pm. The delay of this package will cause me time, gas and about an additional $40. All they have to do is leave the box, I’ve said I will sign a waiver to leave it outside the mailbox or even at the foot of my driveway if it’s too far to go all the way to my door. Just really fed up with this today, it’s become every single box lately.

Tehachapi post office thy have bad experience of delivering your package to the wrong address I never received. It or thy don't pick up you out going mail unless you have incoming mail

This is how the contract carrier near Tompkins handles our community mailbox on multiple occasions. Just leaves it wide open like this. I had five things stolen out of it yesterday. Thanks USPS. First two pictures are from yesterday, last picture is from May. I’m surprised legal action hasn’t been taken against any of these carriers. You’re putting people at high risk for identify theft and fraud.
