This is the cement plant featured in the game Grand Theft Auto V set in the California hills crowned with the wind turbines. It is also set next to the interstate, the railroad tracks that parallel it, and no I did not try to stop the train. No try-hard tried to snipe me from the hills, nor was I attacked by a random fighter jet just for minding my own business driving down the road. Best of all no spam phone calls from my businesses. Experienced GTA in real life.

The plant itself runs 24/7 but if you're looking to pickup cement, scales are closed Saturday evening to Sunday evening.
I was told they have power problems so there not producing any products
