Very controlling management, overwhelming rent increases. Power and water infrastructure is aging badly. Noisy trains and garbage trucks all the time. Property values decline with high rent increases.

My Mom lives here and she loves it! Ponds with fountains, pool and hot tub, and library community center! Way too much fun! And better yet, no kids allowed π

Nice place but the space tents are very high and they have some oddly restrictive policies- especially towards their older tenants, like no roomates (!?!?)

Nice but jacuzzi not working, street lights too bright and not pet friendly. Need a bigger wall/sound barrier by the train.

Yes, we have a few singles but no, we don't own the property and the rent increases yearly. $1400-2000/month now!!!
No not much fog occasionally in the morning but brief
This is an upscale mobile home park. Space rents are quite high. The amenities sre nice- pool and spa, club house, library, and workout/ping pong rooms.I have seen pets in the past, but not recently.
Yes, but you have to pay for an old home and pull it out or wait for the realtors to pull one out and then choose the one you want in.
They do not rent units, sorry.
+or - $2000 mo. Highest on lakes and green belts, $2300? Lowest with just lot with nothing special, $1800? Pretty cheap for the quality of lifestyle in Carlsbad walking distance to ocean. Most people pay cash for their homes. So, rent is only expense which includes all utilities.
Only if they are your care taker it is allowed
Hi there! You mentioned that there is an age restriction to own (55+) and 30 to live. Does it mean that I can buy and rent out? What if the leasing tenants are a young couple 30+ age old with a teenage child/ren?
You can have a roomate
Good morning, there are 4 tiers of space rent ranging from $1575 to $1875 per month depending on location. You can only put one per lot. You would have to buy an older home that is on the market and have it removed by the company you buy the new home from. There is so much to explain so it would be better if you could call me.
Hi William, I was just visiting with my sister. It is apparently pet friendly . Very close to beach. It is a very clean establishment, so probably does have HOA fees.
