I would like to know the prices (low to high) and are there HOA fees? We have a small dog - allowed. We are both seniors looking to move from AZ.How can we view homes when they become available?

This is an upscale mobile home park. Space rents are quite high. The amenities sre nice- pool and spa, club house, library, and workout/ping pong rooms.I have seen pets in the past, but not recently.

Check with a Real estate agent for rentals or to buy. I would look in Santee. REMAX. BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY are good real estate professionals. Santee has manufactured home 55+ communities. Much cheaper and its country living away from the insanity traffic by the coast
