Are there any RV spaces to rent?
My husband and I are looking to relocate to the Carlsbad area from NorCal and looking into manufactured homes. I see the lease amounts are quite high. Is it difficult to get a loan on what seems to be nicely remodeled, but older homes? I heard it's difficult to get a loan if they were built prior to 2000. True or no?
Monthly rent goes up every year considerably. Also rent on the lakes is more than 1400 Smallest lots are 1200, excl. Utilities Just call the office for correct info.
Varies from $1200 - 1400, BUT remember: location, location, location! We're directly across the street from grocery, hairdresser, restaurants and blocks from the beach! We're NOT God's waiting room, but a very active community of 55+ seniors. We go on trips, casino, follies, we have bingo, Tai chi, water aerobics, sundowners every week and more!
Do people rent out their units in the winter months? I am solo with a 20 lb dog. If so, what is the range in rent?
What about pets? We have an incredible gol doodle.
