I used to love this BB&B shopping store for STORE PICK UP. On July 29th 2022 @ 2:30pm they had a pretty long line because of a sales day. That was the reason why I did store pick up and one of that cashier‘s named Stephanie wanted me to wait behind more than 10 people when I was in a hurry just to pick up my store purchase and was rude about it. I understand people were there waiting for a longer time than me but that’s the reason why I chose store pick up so I don’t go and wait in the long line where they were short on staff and kept apologizing for the waiting time to the people waiting. After a few minutes of waiting JENNIFER a staff of them kindly came out and helped me by assisting me in a very professional way. I hope Jennifer is one of the higher ups or a manager of the store. THANK YOU JENNIFER FOR YOUR KINDNESS!!

Over priced and they charged me for a 30$ item they never gave back after ringing it up. Also after an employee told me another item was 30$ they charged me $55. Maybe it was a weird day but customer service told me I'd have to drive all the way to that location to resolve the issue vs another store which at that point wasn't worth it. I found the same stuff at target for far less and a larger selection!

Awesome customer service and a 20% off coupon is almost always available. I went there to purchase my new ninja cookware and I can always count on leaving with a smile. Keep up the good work bed bath & beyond.
